  flying: PgUp / E up, PgDn / C down (land by touching ground)
  Shift + ↑ while flying: fast flight (Scotts Bluff is 4 km SW)
Alt + drag (or right-drag): orbit camera
Mouse wheel: zoom
M: mouselook (first person)   Esc: exit mouselook
E / gamepad A: interact (linking book)
